Course Description

Who is it for?

The Barista Intermediate qualification is the centre of our barista course (Foundation, Intermediate, and professional), appropriate for baristas with some previous experience, preferably after taking the foundation qualification. The course lasts 2 days, covering all of the key skills required by means of the qualification. We administer the exam and certificate at the same cost.

Recommended Prerequisites: Coffee Fundamentals, Barista Skills Foundation

Delivery Method: In-person or as a combination of in-person for practical elements and distance learning for theory.

• Water Quality and Guidelines
• Customer Service; Café Management Interactions and Costs
